Benoît Éthier

I have been a resident of the Theresian region since 1960. It goes without saying that I am very familiar with our region, in terms of schools, municipal services, recreation, cultural services, health services and public transportation services.

In 1988, I obtained my real estate broker's licence and, a few years later, my chartered real estate broker's licence. As a member of the RE/MAX TMS team since the very beginning, I am proud to be one of the deans of the most successful agency in our region!

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to build a network of experienced professionals as collaborators, and I am surrounded by experienced notaries, competent building inspectors, experienced land surveyors and experienced mortgage brokers.

My clientele is mainly located in the cities of Ste-Thérèse, Blainville, Mirabel, Boisbriand, Rosemère, Lorraine and Bois-des-Fillion. I hold the  "Condo Certification" certifications. Furthermore, I offer my clients the "Tranquilli-T" protection, exclusive to the RE/MAX network.
